Welcome to TriggoLabs! We know that your personal data is extremely important, so we respect your privacy in relation to any information collected by our company. This policy applies to all users who browse pages operated by TriggoLabs, including websites, blogs and landing pages. Here you will find information about the collection, use, storage, processing and protection of personal data from users of TriggoLabs pages, with the aim of demonstrating absolute transparency regarding the subject and clarifying to all interested parties about the types of data that are collected, the reasons for collection and the way users can manage or delete their personal information. By registering on our contact forms or newsletter and providing personal information (see section 03), the user automatically accepts our Privacy Policy. This will indicate that you are aware of and in full agreement with how we use your information and data, as described in section 04. Any processing of personal data carried out by TriggoLabs will have a legal basis and will be carried out in a manner appropriate to the purpose established for its collection and following strict standards of security, secrecy and reliability. This document was prepared in accordance with current legislation on the protection of Personal Data, including the Federal Constitution, the Consumer Protection Code, the Civil Code, the Marco Civil da Internet (Federal Law nº 12,965/2014), its regulatory decree (Decree No. 8,771/2016) and the General Personal Data Protection Law (“LGPD” – Federal Law No. 13,709/2018). We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in order to constantly improve it. Whenever any material condition of this Policy is changed, these changes will be valid, effective and binding, after the new version is published on our websites. By providing personal information after any changes, the user demonstrates their agreement with the new rules. Therefore, it is very important that you review this Privacy Policy frequently. SECTION 02 – HOW DOES TRIGGOLABS COLLECT USER’S PERSONAL DATA?
Contact form: the data registered by the user who chooses to contact via the form will be collected and stored until the user requests to unsubscribe. Data for browsing optimization: access to pages, keywords used in the search, recommendations, comments, IP address. Through a third party: we receive data from the JobConvo platform when a user accesses our careers page and registers/logs in. The use of this data is previously authorized by the third party in question. Registration form for Trainee, internship or training programs: the data registered by the user who chooses to register for any corporate program will be collected and stored until the user requests to unregister.
SECTION 03 – WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES TRIGGOLABS COLLECT ABOUT THE USER?
When the user registers on our contact forms: we collect basic identification data such as full name, company name, email, telephone number, message written by the user and other data necessary to facilitate initial contact in accordance with the proposal offered. When the user registers on our newsletter form: we collect email. When a user accesses our pages: we collect interaction and access information to ensure a better user experience. This data may deal with the keywords used in a search, comments, page views, the URL the user comes from, the browser they use and their access IPs, among others that may be stored and retained. Data for creating the account/profile on the JobConvo careers page: full name, email and other data in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy. Sensitive data: sensitive data will not be collected from users, understanding those defined in arts. 9 and 10 of the GDPR and in arts. 11 et seq. of the Data Protection Law.
SECTION 04 – WHAT DOES TRIGGOLABS USE THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA FOR?
The user’s personal data collected and stored by TriggoLabs is for the following purposes: Improve the user experience: improve the product and/or service offered, facilitate and speed up contact and provide specific functionalities depending on the user’s basic characteristics. Service improvements: understand how you use our services to help with business and technical development. Marketing: presenting personalized advertisements to the user based on the data provided, personalizing the content offered, publicizing vacancies, events, new products and updates. Commercial: generate subsidies for new businesses and improve the quality of our services. Training Programs/bootcamps: Offer professionals who sign up for our Trainee, Internship or Training programs (bootcamps/webinars) the opportunity to participate in a selection process for job vacancies with our company; Control access to the bootcamp class platform; Pre-selection and monitoring of professionals in training; Store the professional/student data (contact details requested in the registration form) in our talent bank for open positions in our company. Contact with the user, for commercial and/or promotional purposes, may occur via email (including email marketing), telephone calls or messages via applications and/or social networks. The processing of personal data for purposes not provided for in this Privacy Policy will only occur with prior communication to the user, so that the rights and obligations set forth herein remain applicable.
SECTION 05 – FOR HOW LONG PERSONAL DATA IS STORED IN TRIGGOLABS?
Users’ personal data is stored by TriggoLabs for the period necessary to provide the service or fulfill the purposes set out in this document, in accordance with the LGPD. Data may be removed or anonymized at the user’s request, except in cases where the law provides other treatment. Furthermore, users’ personal data may only be kept after the end of their processing in the following cases provided for in article 16 of the aforementioned law:
- Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations by the controller;
- Study by a research body, ensuring, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;
- Transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements set out in this Law are respected;
- Exclusive use by the controller, access by third parties is prohibited, and as long as the data is anonymized.

Posts made by users on our pages may contain personal information and, in these cases, are shared publicly with other users. The sharing of personal data processed by TriggoLabs will occur exceptionally, for the purposes of complying with legal and/or regulatory obligations, for the execution of signed contracts that depend on data sharing, or if requested by the data holder himself. Such sharing may also occur with partner institutions or companies and information technology suppliers, subject to an obligation of secrecy and ensuring compliance with the LGPD, including the adoption of security measures capable of protecting the personal data shared.

Cookies refer to text files sent to the user’s computer and which store information related to their browsing. Such information is related to access data such as location and time of access and is stored by the user’s browser so that the server can read it later. Users of the pages operated by TriggoLabs (websites, blogs and landing pages) express that they know and accept that a browsing data collection system can be used through the use of cookies. The persistent cookie remains on the user’s hard drive after the page is closed and will be used by the browser on subsequent visits to the same email address. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your browser’s instructions. The session cookie is temporary and disappears after browsing ends. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies, but some features may not function properly if the option to accept cookies is disabled. What types of cookies do we use: We use, like the vast majority of websites/blogs, features provided by third parties. See below which third-party cookies can be found.
Social media cookies: So that users can easily share our content on their social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, we include sharing buttons in each of our articles.
Comment cookies: by default there are cookies set when a user comments on an article on our blog, so if they return later they don’t have to fill in all the information again.
Cookies for anonymous statistics about our users: We use cookies to compile statistics about our visits. This helps us improve our users’ experience. We use Google Analytics which, completely anonymously, shows how people arrived at our email addresses.
Conversion and remarketing cookies: We use Google Adwords Conversion tracking cookies to understand whether the user completes certain actions after viewing or clicking on one of our ads on Google. We also use remarketing cookies to serve ads based on the content the user has interacted with to show targeted ads on other partner sites.
SECTION 11 – JURISDICTION FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any questions regarding the interpretation of this Privacy Policy will be resolved in accordance with Brazilian law. Any disputes must be presented in the São Paulo/SP district court.
